Since arriving in Dubai in 2006, he has made significant contributions to the culinary scene, working in renowned restaurants within 5-star resorts. Rising through the ranks, he has held roles as Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, showcasing his expertise in Cantonese cuisine with a focus on quality produce and authentic techniques. Currently leading the team at Mott 32 Dubai since 2021, Chef Frankie has earned prestigious accolades such as the Toque Award in Gault & Millau 2023 and a coveted spot in The Michelin Guide Dubai 2023.
