Frankie Yang Tao

Chef Frankie Yang Tao, originally from Nanjing, China, boasts over 16 years of experience in refining his skills in traditional Chinese cuisine. Since arriving in Dubai in 2006, he has made significant contributions to the culinary scene, working in renowned restaurants within 5-star resorts. Rising through the ranks, he has held roles as Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, showcasing his expertise in Cantonese cuisine with a focus on quality produce and authentic techniques. Currently leading the team at Mott 32 Dubai since 2021, Chef Frankie has earned prestigious accolades such as the Toque Award in Gault & Millau 2023 and a coveted spot in The Michelin Guide Dubai 2023.
