From kitchen roles in the Philippines to heading the kitchen at Dubai's 3Fils restaurant – this is the career journey of Chef Jhovani Manalo. His path began with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Batangas State University. His professional ascent was accelerated by working alongside world-renowned chefs, such as Roberto Segura and Carlo Garcia Valentino, at the Waka Restaurant & Bar in the Oberoi Hotel. Today, leading the team at 3Fils, Jhovani oversees all culinary operations—from sourcing ingredients to crafting innovative dishes. His creations define the restaurant's menu and continue to draw food enthusiasts from across the globe.
