Manja Stankovic

Manja Stankovic joined RIKAS Hospitality Group in November 2020 and opened Mimi Kakushi Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Jumeirah in March 2021. He developed the team’s training program and crafted the cocktail menu. A WSET Level 3 certified sommelier, Stankovic has earned Mimi Kakushi nominations and awards, including Best Cocktail Bar from Time Out Dubai. His creativity and collaborations, such as launching the 'Kori Kakushi Martini' and the Matcha Ceremony cocktail, have garnered recognition. Recently, Mimi Kakushi ranked No. 40 in the World’s 50 Best Bars and No. 1 in the Middle East and Africa.

How the guide is assembled

The guide only lists the establishments that were selected by its team. Collaborative approach to the selection is the guide’s fundamental stance, so all the establishments have been collectively approved by the majority.
The establishments selected for the guide are allocated to one of the categories — fine dining, smart casual, city café, and bar.
The guide offers a selection of useful search filters and the encyclopedia of restaurateurs and chefs to learn the names of the heroes behind the best restaurants.
