Milan Jurkovic, head chef of 21grams, began his culinary journey in Novi Sad, Serbia, before honing his skills in a local barbecue restaurant. While formal training laid the foundation, his real learning came from other chefs and his own experimentation. His talent, combined with a resilient attitude and pleasant demeanor, propelled him up the ranks swiftly. Moving to Dubai in 2017 expanded his horizons, exposing him to new cultures and cuisines. At 21grams, Milan blends tradition with modern techniques, driven by values of simplicity, integrity, creativity, and sustainability.
