Neha Mishra is a Founder & Chef of Kinoya and Chef/Partner of Tezukuri. Neha is a defining voice in contemporary Japanese cuisine across the Middle East, celebrated for her cultural authenticity, meticulous technique, and deep reverence for culinary tradition. Through Kinoya, she has introduced Dubai to the soul of Japanese ramen culture, building a brand anchored in genuine craft and heartfelt execution. Since its debut, Kinoya has earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand annually from 2022 onward and was named No. 2—and the top restaurant in the UAE—on the MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list. Building on this momentum, Neha expanded her vision with Tezukuri, an intimate hand roll destination in Downtown Dubai, and spearheaded the launch of Kinoya Ramen & Sushi at Harrods, marking the brand’s first international chapter.
