Neha Mishra, a self-taught chef, gained international recognition for her Dubai restaurant, Kinoya, named One To Watch in MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022 within just 11 months of opening. Originally from India but raised in Dubai, Mishra left her job as a film producer to pursue her passion for cooking, starting with a ramen supper club called A Story of Food. Despite lacking formal culinary training or mentorship, she mastered the art of ramen through self-study and frequent trips to Japan, blending tradition with her own interpretation. Mishra's dedication, passion, and risk-taking nature have propelled her restaurant to success, earning her acclaim in the culinary world.
