Tristin Farmer

Tristin Farmer is a three-Michelin-starred Scottish chef with over two decades of experience in the world's finest kitchens. After early training under Andrew Fairlie, he rose through Gordon Ramsay's ranks in London—helping Petrus earn a star and cooking at the three-Michelin-star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. He later led Maze, then joined Jason Atherton's group, heading Pollen Street Social and City Social before moving to Dubai as Chef Patron of Marina Social, where he was named Middle East Chef of the Year in 2016 and 2017. As Executive Chef of Zén in Singapore (Frantzén Group), Farmer achieved two Michelin stars within a year and a third in 2021—becoming only the second Scottish chef after Gordon Ramsay to do so. Zén also ranked No. 21 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and won the 2023 Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award. In 2024, he joined Singapore's Culinary Arts Group as Chef Partner and Culinary Director, leading their Dubai expansion with Revolver. His latest signature project, Maison Dali, is a relaxed fine-dining concept in Dubai blending Japanese techniques with Mediterranean flavours in a surreal, dreamlike setting.
