Restaurant Gerbou

This modern Arabian cuisine restaurant is a collaboration between Dubai’s educational institution Tashkeel and the Atelier House Hospitality restaurant group. The menu is crafted by chef Ionel Catau, who dedicated nearly a year after relocating from Europe to the UAE to explore the latest Emirati culinary traditions. He was also involved in extensive field work: in the months leading up to the opening, the Gerbou team organized dinners featuring special tasting menus. The standout dishes from these events, including charred cabbage with labneh and lamb, are now available on the à la carte menu.
