Teible’s team is focused on local products and subscribes to the farm-to-table philosophy. This is one of Dubai’s first restaurants to loudly proclaim the ideas of mindful consumption and the importance of local seasonal products – and at the same time, every dish uses fermentation and other fashionable culinary techniques. Teible has a very reserved interior that befits the architectural plan of the whole Jameel Arts Centre. The local dishes – brilliantly conceived and intricately constructed – have a particularly striking effect among all this asceticism.
