Giacomo Boggio Casero

Born in the northern Italian town of Borgosesia, Giacomo Boggio Casero began his culinary journey by earning a diploma from a prestigious culinary school. He refined his skills through stages at some of Italy’s most esteemed restaurants, including Devero Ristorante by Enrico Bartolini. Eager to broaden his expertise, he moved to France, where his skills and techniques flourished. His career took a pivotal turn when he joined the kitchen of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Saint-Germain in 2018. After further enriching his experience in Spain, he was invited to join Robuchon’s team in Dubai in 2020. He later led the kitchen at Loren on Palm Jumeirah before taking the helm at Eugène Eugène, where he continues to bring his passion and creativity to life.
