He gained significant experience in London at Aqua Shard, Hotel Café Royal, and Sumosan Twiga, and later in Dubai at Sucre and Amazonico. Since July 2023, he has been the Bar and Lounge Manager at Signor Sassi, Dubai, where he developed an innovative beverage program and introduced captivating cocktails. Gianmarco's notable achievements include winning the 2023 Rhum St Barth Arrangé Competition and collaborating with renowned mixologist Tony Pescatori. He crafted a cocktail menu inspired by Italy, featuring best-sellers like the Signor Negroni and Dolce Vita, reflecting his innovative mixology approach."
