Ivan Russo

Ivan Russo began his culinary journey in traditional Italian restaurants, starting at the age of 15. He then pursued advanced training at ALMA, the prestigious culinary school in Colorno. At 20, he joined the team at Vistamare under Rocco De Santis, gaining experience in a 1 Michelin-starred restaurant. He then honed his skills at the 2 Michelin-starred Da Caino with Valeria Piccini before moving to Paris in 2017. There, he worked at the renowned Joël Robuchon restaurant in SaintGermain, refining his craft over three years. In October 2020, he took on the challenge of opening L’Atelier Joël Robuchon in Dubai, marking a significant milestone in his career.
