Jesús Lobato, the Head Chef of Smoked Room Dubai, discovered his profound love for cooking at home, where he helped his parents prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes. His journey into the culinary world began in an esteemed restaurant in Seville, a town in the south of Spain, where cuisine quickly became an obsession for him. Balancing part-time work with his studies, Jesús earned a master’s degree in design, management, and gastronomic innovation, setting the stage for his successful career. After spending most of his teenage years in the kitchen, absorbing ideas and concepts, he took on a pivotal role at the age of 26, shaping the cuisine for a restaurant in his hometown. Since then, he has been an integral part of Grupo Dani García, moving from the R&D department to leading the kitchen at Smoked Room Dubai.
