The success of this venture inspired her to open "Yasmina," an Indian fusion restaurant, in 2009, named after her daughter. In 2011, she unveiled her masterpiece, "Em Sherif," named after her son, which quickly became the epitome of Lebanese fine dining. Em Sherif blends traditional Lebanese cuisine with refined elegance, offering a luxurious dining experience cherished by locals and visitors alike.
