Restaurant Em Sherif Cafe

The brainchild of Lebanese chef Mireille Hayek (also known as Em Sherif). Its executive chef is Yasmina Hayek, Mireille’s daughter. The chef uses traditional Arabic recipes, augmenting them with her worldview, which makes this food very memorable.
Special recommendation is to try anything that’s made from meat: from minced meat served with pomegranate or lemon sauce to shanklish and hummus with meat. Local hummus is considered one of the best in the region. And don’t forget to finish your meal with a coffee.
