Chef Mohammad Zeeshan Qureshi's culinary journey began in Lucknow, India, where he was inspired by his family's rich culinary heritage, particularly his grandfather, renowned chef Imitiaz Qureshi. Growing up surrounded by the traditions of Mughal-influenced Awadhi cuisine, Zeeshan learned traditional dishes from his family's kitchen, igniting his passion for cooking. After completing formal culinary training and gaining experience in India, he became the Executive Chef at Tresind, Dubai, in 2017, where he continues to revolutionize Indian cuisine. Zeeshan's innovative approach combines molecular gastronomy techniques with traditional recipes, exemplified by his famous 'rasam sphere', showcasing his commitment to preserving authenticity while embracing innovation. With a penchant for experimentation and a love for coriander as his favorite ingredient, Zeeshan aims to modernize Indian cuisine without compromising on flavor, delighting diners with his culinary creations at Tresind.
