With a background in sushi and Japanese cuisine, inspired by his mother's passion, he found his calling in hospitality. Dubai's vibrant culinary scene attracted Kazanowski, where he leads Zuma's culinary endeavors, striving to innovate and maintain excellence while delivering memorable dining experiences.
