Restaurant FZN by Björn Frantzén

Nordic cuisine, inspired by Japanese kaiseki and traditional French cooking techniques, is the hallmark of Björn Frantzén’s work. This Swedish chef is a leading figure in the new wave of intellectual Scandinavian gastronomy, having launched his career with remarkable speed and success in the late 2000s. He opened his first restaurant, Frantzén, in Stockholm in 2008, quickly earning international acclaim. Over the next decade, he developed several other notable restaurant projects in Sweden and Asia, including the celebrated Zén in Singapore. The Dubai restaurant FZN, located at the Atlantis The Palm, accommodates only 27 guests, and advance booking is required.
