Restaurant Maison Revka

The first overseas branch of a remarkable joint project by Laurent de Gourcuff, founder of Paris Society, and entrepreneur Dominic Romano is inspired by nostalgia for the early 20th-century aristocratic Russian émigré aesthetic.

The flagship venue, which also features a store and an inner patio, is located in the Maison Russe mansion in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, nestled between Trocadéro and Place Victor Hugo. The Saint-Tropez branch is situated at Place des Lices, housed in a villa with a jasmine-filled garden.

The interiors of the project are designed by the Laleh Amir Assefi bureau, and the Dubai beach club matches its older siblings in terms of décor. It boasts stained-glass windows, mirrors, white-and-blue Dutch tableware, and an abundance of carpets, velvet-upholstered furniture, and draperies. The pool area is surrounded by cabanas draped with heavy canopies.

The menu includes smoked Norwegian salmon, sturgeon and beluga caviar, Wagyu beef carpaccio with crispy potatoes, and a selection of classic starters and main dishes typical of a fashionable brasserie. Options such as linguini with bottarga or caviar, and artichokes with truffles evoke a sense of refined indulgence that would undoubtedly attract someone like Prince Yusupov if he were alive today.
