Bait Maryam

This JLT-based restaurant is named in honor of chef Salam Dakkak’s mother. Here, Dakkak cooks traditional Middle Eastern dishes using her family recipes. The interiors are reminiscent of a kitchen in a large home, with simple light furniture and vintage knick-knacks on the shelves. All the dishware is hand-painted.
The menu is full of homemade Levantine cuisine: most dishes are a great option to share. The air is full of the aromas of Arabic spices that undergo exacting selection by Salam Dakkak.
