A restaurant from the British chef and restaurateur Jason Atherton known to many as the co-host of TV series My Kitchen Rules. There is some amusing numerology associated with his Dubai project: the restaurant is on the 45th floor of the Grosvenor House hotel, and the chef’s Japanese-European tasting menu that consists of 17 courses costs 1,145 Dhs. The food is served in several spaces: appetizers and champagne – in the panoramic Palm Champagne sitting room; the main dishes – in the room with an open kitchen where you can watch the team at work, and the desserts, cheeses, and digestives – in the chef’s library. The resulting impression is that of visiting a home of some old friends.
