Restaurant Pitfire Pizza

This chain with branches all over the city has earned the title of favorite neighborhood pizzeria from many local foodies. The place was opened by Michele Johnson, who’s been given the implicit title of Dubai’s pizza queen, and her husband Bill. The pizza at Pitfire is not quite Neapolitan and not quite New York-style — and it’s made of thin and soft dough that is proofed for 72 hours. For the toppings, the place uses local ingredients, from artisanal burrata to dates.
