Restaurant Beau

A refined burger joint offering smash burgers with a touch of haute French cuisine: before relocating to the Emirates, the Beau’s creator and co-owner, chef Vincent Le Moal honed his craft in France. He trained under Alain Ducasse at Byblos in Saint-Tropez and in Le Meurice in Paris. Le Moal later spent several years in the legendary kitchen of the George V hotel, working under the guidance of Breton chef Christian Le Squer.

However, the opening of his own restaurant in Dubai in 2023 marked an even greater milestone in his career. Located in Jumeirah, the venue quickly gained popularity, leading to the launch of a second branch in Abu Dhabi just a year later. The menu boasts perfectly crispy smash burgers, with standout being the double Angus beef burger topped with Elysée sauce, caramelized onions, pickles, and an airy brioche bun. Other highlights include heavenly French fries (start with the classic version or elevate them with Parmesan, honey-and-lime mayo, and truffle), and exceptional chicken tenders. The brioche buns, in particular, are among the finest in the city.
