City cafe Fusion Ceviche

This small restaurant, specializing in traditional Peruvian cuisine and created by chef Penelope Diaz, features just one counter and several tables.
Within its first two years of operation, it has garnered numerous excellent reviews in the media, achieved recognition as an outstanding local project, and participated in culinary collaborations with several of Dubai’s prominent establishments, including Tasca, a restaurant known for Portuguese cuisine.
True to its name, the restaurant’s signature dish is fish and seafood ceviche, which occupies an entire page on the menu. The highlights include the Tuna Nikkei and octopus seviche. However, don’t overlook the section featuring the chef’s original creations, which includes, among other offerings, a truly exceptional beef risotto. Table reservations are required.
