Restaurant Rialto

This new venue in the up-and-coming yacht hotel, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, is a classic restaurant offering northern Italian cuisine and an excellent bar with a 1950s ambiance. It features white porcelain with gold edging, tagliata di manzo paired with a glass of bubbly, and views of the Burj Al Arab and pink sunsets reminiscent of Venice. The kitchen is led by Roberto Rispoli, who began his career at Alain Ducasse’s La Trattoria Toscana and later elevated the Parisian restaurant Il Carpaccio of the Raffles international hotel chain to a completely new level.
