Brazil, Guatemala, Panama, Columbia, Ecuador, Kenya – this is far from the full list of countries where The Espresso Lab buys its coffee beans – and later fusses over them, roasting, grinding, getting them ready for brewing or pre-packaging. These guys are real coffee maniacs, and their ambitious slogan states: “Perfection is our goal.” You can buy a bag to go, have a cup right there (they obviously know all about fika, the Swedish coffee break), or take out a subscription and receive a rare kind of coffee several times a month. Plus, you can get to know the people who work in this lab and try and master the art of brewing coffee – that will always come in handy.
