Franco-East Asian author fusion, an interior in the spirit of a luxurious men’s club of the 1920s, and a crazy view of the city from the 51st floor of the ICD Brookfield Place skyscraper in the DIFC area. One of the most interesting discoveries of late 2024: the cuisine of French celebrity chef Cyril Lignac is loved for its delicate, one might say cautious, innovation and respect for culinary classics, as well as impeccable technique.

The menu at Bar des Prés features not a single controversial item, and each dish (from yellowtail carpaccio with yuzu and passion fruit to apple tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream) looks like an illustration from a food design textbook, serving as a tangible proof of this.
