Yann Couvreur

Yann Couvreur became a pastry chef by chance: when he was young, he did an internship at a local bakery – and became fascinated with making desserts. He opened his first shop in 2016, in Paris. His brand is constantly expanding, and its mascot is a fox that Yann often saw at the edge of the forest when he was a boy. “It’s as red-headed as I am,” Couvreur says, explaining the animal on his confectionary shop’s logo. There are already two branches of Yann Couvreur in Dubai, with an emphasis on pastries, desserts, and coffee.
