Restaurant Hanu

This contemporary Korean fusion restaurant, located in the celebrity dining cluster of St. Regis Gardens, is the personal project of the brand chef from Sunset Hospitality Group and a leading ambassador of pan-Asian cuisine in the Middle East, Chef Kuyung Soo Moon. He is well-known to Dubai’s nightlife enthusiasts for the exceptional cuisine at Attiko. Moon’s new venture focuses on the traditions of Korean BBQ, designed for groups of guests. The highlight of the menu is the “Meat Me at the Grill” set, featuring several steaks of Australian and Japanese Wagyu beef and marinated short ribs, known in Korea as Yangyeom Galbi. In line with the practices of Seoul’s traditional establishments that specialize in premium meat, everything is cooked on a charcoal grill by specially trained staff.
