Restaurant Khadak

Indian Brasserie is a project by chef Naved Nasir, a devoted enthusiast of historical culinary reconstructions and street food, and one of the creators of the popular London restaurant chain Dishoom.

In terms of its concept, this is one of the most original and philosophically-driven establishments in Dubai. It serves a modern take on what is essentially museum-level Indian street food. The menu ranges from kid goat stew (Shabrati Nihari), invented in the late 1950s at a namesake shop in Old Delhi, to spiced mince with buns (Keema Pav) from the menu of the long-closed Mumbai market eatery, Radio Cafe.
