Coffee house RAW

A vibrant specialty coffee house and part-time educational institution that occupies a small section of the expansive (over 1,200 sq.m.), two-story roastery in the Al Quoz neighborhood, which is also owned by RAW. RAW is a brand founded in Dubai by organic coffee bean and ethical trading advocates, Kim Thompson and Matt Toogood, back in 2007.

This is one of the UAE’s oldest and most significant coffee institutions, training baristas and other professionals in the regional coffee industry and setting local trends. The coffee house operates daily until 6 pm, serving breakfast and lunch, and is unmatched in alternative brewing methods. For the best experience, try the “experimental” version of the funnel.
