Restaurant Tom & Serg

In this café, Melbourn meets Madrid against the Middle Eastern backdrop. The café was opened by two friends, the Aussie Tom Arnel and the Spaniard Sergio Lopez, on the premises of a former warehouse. The interior decoration consists of cement floors and walls, visible ventilation vents, and retro-style chairs. The café’s main source of pride is coffee, which is made here in accordance with strict rules: for example, flat white is served with milk whose temperature cannot exceed 65°C. The breakfast menu has a lot of vegetarian and vegan options, and a selection of interesting desserts, including banana bread with hazelnuts and pears with Mascarpone.
