A project from creators of 3Fils and BRIX Desserts in the Jumeirah Fishing Harbour.

BRIX Café, led by head pastry chef Carmen Rueda, is an extension of BRIX Journey—the dessert restaurant where desserts are reimagined through storytelling and sensory detail. Set in a relaxed, all-day setting where the menu reflects Carmen’s signature touch, BRIX Café offers everything from a dozen flaky, handcrafted croissants to the perfectly balanced Basque cheesecake. Each creation is crafted with intention, creativity, and a deep love for indulgence—designed to evoke not just satisfaction, but sweet emotions.

Come to BRIX Café for breakfasts, which are served from the opening hours until 4pm. There’s the traditional eggs benedict, and astonishing Brussel sprouts, and everyone’s favorite sandwich with pastrami. Stay for the coffee and dessert — and enjoy the rare view of the sea, the yachts, and the motorboats.

On the weekends, it’s best to come early, otherwise you risk finding the place full.
