Restaurant La Niña

The ambitious, signature fusion cuisine of Californian Tim Newton, inspired by the flavors of Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, is set within the luxurious, almost theatrical setting now customary for establishments in the Dubai International Financial Centre: parquet flooring, stained glass, azulejo tiles, velvet, and improvised sails crafted from snow-white drapery.

The menu, as expected, focuses on a maritime theme, but it is by no means limited to fish and seafood. Notably, they virtuously braise oxtail for 48 hours and prepare a spectacular paella with Wagyu.
