Restaurant Cipriani

An Italian restaurant at DIFC, full of luxury and respect for traditions. Although the project is part of the Fundamental Hospitality group, it is managed by the direct descendants of Giuseppe Cipriani, the legendary creator of carpaccio and Bellini cocktail, a culinary star, bartender, restaurateur, and promoter of Italian tastes. Today, the Cipriani restaurant is managed by his grandson and full namesake Giuseppe Cipriani, who takes great care of both the family traditions and grandfather’s recipes: the Bellini cocktail here is probably the best in the city. The project also has branches called Cipriani Dolci where the menu is almost the same, but with extra pages devoted to desserts.
