Restaurant Maison Dali

Tristin Farmer, previously the chef at the Singapore branch of Bjorn Franzen’s Zen, now leads Maison Dali at The Opus. This establishment offers a flamboyant blend of European cuisine and Japanese cooking techniques in a modernist brasserie setting.

It marks the second venture launched in the Emirates in 2025 by the talented Singaporean restaurateurs, Culinary Arts Group. Their other restaurant, Revolver, had opened here earlier this year. Maison Dali stands out as a unique conceptual project, crafted specifically for Dubai.

The menu is centered around fermentation, smoking, dry fermentation, live fire, and other fanciful cooking techniques. Diners can enjoy delights such as donabe with smoked lobster, wood fire-cooked duck, A5 grade Wagyu flambé, and more.
