The new seat of power in the legendary The Opus by Omniyat is a sizeable (it seats 140 guests!) branch of the esteemed Singaporean grill restaurant offering South Asian cuisine from chef Jitin Joshi. Most dishes, including vegetarian options on the tasting and à la carte menus, are inspired by various Indian regional cuisines and cooked using a coal grill, brazier, or tandoori oven. The fresh Delhi paneer with winter spinach and lamb chop with creamy Rogan Josh are absolute chart breakers. This is one of the most intriguing and beautiful locations in Business Bay, featuring wood, copper, soft lighting, and a large wood-fired oven that flickers mysteriously at the back of the room.
