Omakase Bar Smoked Room

An omakase bar seating 14 people at the branch of the notable Madrid steak house Leña, which opened at St. Regis Hotel at Palm Jumeirah in the late 2023. One of the most successful recent projects of the stellar Andalusia native Dani García, dedicated to the fire: the Smoked Room’s tasting menu consists of 14 dishes, some of which are cooked on the grill in the course of the dinner, and all of them in one way or another have a notable smoky accent, be it the amaebi shrimp from Hokkaido served with yuzu kosho and brown butter sauce or the smoked eel nitro tomato with garlic-and-almond ajoblanco. The bar at Dubai is virtually an exact copy of the acclaimed Smoked Room in Madrid. Advance booking is required.
