Restaurant Tezukuri

An authentic Japanese temaki bar, a collaborative project by Dubai’s ramen queen Chef Neha Mishra (Kinoya) and the head of the Atelier House Hospitality restaurant group Panchali Mahendra (11 Woodfire, Gerbou).

Designed in the style of a classic Tokyo izakaya with hinoki cypress: perfect geometry and intricate lighting. Plus a seasonally focused, slightly modernized Edomae cuisine, overseen by Chef Tatsuya specially brought in from Osaka, and a tiny ten-seat music speakeasy where they mix martinis and listen to vinyl in the evenings.
