Urban Brasserie The MAINE

An excellent casual brasserie with several venues in Dubai. A favorite of our restaurant guide is The MAINE Land Brasserie at Opus Tower (designed by Zaha Hadid) in Business Bay. The menu is structured around seafood: there are excellent oysters, lobsters, mussels, and seabass seviche. The wine menu is uncluttered and affordable and goes well with everything mentioned above. But for a digestive, be sure to order Remember the Maine cocktail.
The main interior decoration trick of The Maine are the giant crystal chandeliers that solemnly hang over the tables. The place is almost always full, which creates lots of merry hustle and bustle that seemingly transports you to the center of Paris.
