Restaurant La Dame de Pic

The cuisine of the great French female chef Anne-Sofie Pic is now a part of The Link restaurant gallery of the recently opened One&Only One Za’abeel hotel. For Ms. Pic, this is the fifth restaurant of her stellar auteur project that presents contemporary French fine dining in its most iconic manifestation (in addition to the flagship establishment in Paris, the restaurant’s branches are open in London, Singapore, and Megève ski resort village in the French Alps). La Dame de Pic in Dubai offers tasting menus – Harmony (5 dishes), Symphony (7 dishes), and vegetarian – and each includes the updated version of Les Berlingots ravioli, inspired by the medieval tetrahedron-shaped bonbons from Provence, which made the restaurant’s Paris kitchen famous. Here, in the Middle East, the ravioli makes its debut with a filling made of mushrooms, honey, and pollen.
